Experience Descriptions


The information provided by Driving Heaven on each experience is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Details of each experience are available on our website. Driving Heaven reserves the right to alter specifications and prices without notice provided you are informed within 7 days of purchase. In this event you may pay the difference or request a full refund which would be made on Driving Heaven being in receipt of your voucher. The images used to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The itinerary and content at each venue may vary.

Experience Venues


Occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location or with a different experience supplier. Each venue has its own terms and conditions and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these.

Session Lengths


Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there may be waiting time involved. All itineraries are as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.

Restrictions


Certain experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements; e.g. age, health, height or weight. We will confirm with you at the time of booking if any restrictions apply to the participant. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Full details are included in your gift pack and we recommend you read this carefully as soon as you receive it.

The Weather


Many Driving Heaven Experience Days are dependent on the weather and we will advise you if you need to call to check the weather before setting out. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to re-book, but your re-booked experience remains subject to weather conditions.

Availability


All our experiences are offered subject to availability. If you have purchased a voucher the most recent information as to the availability of an experience may be found by calling the number on your information sheet. Please book as early as possible and, in any event, at least 21 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods

Driving Heaven reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the experience at short notice.

Voucher Conditions


Where Driving Heaven acts as agents we are bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier. Once a date has been booked Driving Heaven is bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier. In the event of a customer not showing on a date booked there can be no refund. All Driving Heaven's own experience gift packs contain a voucher and a description of the day’s events. The voucher must be taken along on the day or if requested posted to the supplier prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in the holder not being able to participate on the day. Each voucher will show a voucher number which must be quoted upon redemption. The voucher expiry date will be detailed in your gift pack. They are redeemable before the expiry date subject to availability. Driving Heaven's own gift vouchers are valid for 12 months but can be extended by six months prior to the expiry date once only and at the discretion of Driving Heaven.Vouchers that have been extended cannot be refunded or exchanged. Driving Heaven's own gift vouchers are valid for 12 months but can be extended once only by six months prior to the expiry date. There would be an administration fee of £20. Vouchers that have expired can not be extended. If the cost of the experience were to increase during the period of extension the increase would be born by the voucher holder. Vouchers lost, exchanged or amended resulting in a new voucher being sent out would incur an administration charge of £10. When requesting an exchange the original voucher must be returned to Driving Heaven. Vouchers can only be exchanged once and are not refundable. Driving Heaven recommends that all voucher holders should try to redeem them at least 3 months prior to expiry as the experience must be taken before the expiry date.. Print and Go Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non extendable.

Delivery


When postal delivery is selected, your personalised gift pack will be sent in plain packaging. There is a charge for delivery in the UK of (£1.95). Packs are normally sent by first class post on the same day when the order is placed before 2.00pm that day. Please allow two to three working days for delivery. For shipping outside UK there is a charge of £2.50. Delivery by email is instant and free.

The gift pack can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If your pack goes astray in the post we will provide a duplicate free of charge.

Special Delivery


Orders received by 12pm on a working day Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same day.

For these next working day deliveries to UK mainland addresses, our non-refundable Special delivery charges are as follows: By 1.00 pm next day £7.50

Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

Special Delivery: Next Day

Next Day Last posting date for the UK and the Channel Islands is Wednesday 23rd December

Flexibility


All vouchers are flexible and can be used to book any other experience available. This would result in a new voucher being sent out at an additional cost of £10. If your chosen experience is higher in price than the value of your original voucher, you will be required to pay the price difference. If your chosen experience is lower in price, the difference will be held as credit to use against any future purchase. This credit can be used until the end of the calendar year following the original year of voucher purchase and is non-refundable. When requesting an exchange the original voucher must be returned to Driving Heaven. Vouchers can only be exchanged once and are not refundable.Vouchers that have been extended cannot be refunded or exchanged. Driving Heaven's own gift vouchers are valid for 12 months but can be extended once only by six months prior to the expiry date.

Liability


Driving Heaven Ltd shall not be responsible for the safety standards of the experience, or any loss or damage suffered by you whilst participating in the experience for which the Operator shall be solely responsible.

By purchasing or redeeming a Driving Heaven experience voucher, you acknowledge that the experiences are dependent on certain factors beyond the control of Driving Heaven and agree that neither Driving Heaven nor any associated operator shall be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any experience for reasons beyond its reasonable control including weather related reasons, mechanical failure, location changes or otherwise. If it occurs that mechanical machinery breaks down you should expect reasonable substitutions without notice. Any external bookings made in connection with a purchase from Driving Heaven should only be made on confirmation of the date required for your experience The total liability of Driving Heaven for any claim whatsoever in connection with the Driving Heaven experience voucher or any experience shall be limited to the price paid for the experience voucher.

Complaints


We welcome any feedback as it helps to maintain our service at the highest level. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the venue as soon as possible on the day, so that they have a chance to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved on the day, please contact our Customer Service department in writing, including your voucher reference, participant and venue details, and we will be happy to take the matter up with the supplier. In order for us to do this your complaint must have been registered at the venue on the day.

Refunds


We are happy to make refunds on Driving Heaven’s own vouchers on unbooked experiences bought directly from Driving Heaven within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge or £20 whichever is the greater. After 7 days there are no refunds. Where the vouchers are sent directly from the supplier you are bound by the terms and conditions of that supplier. Changing a booked date, where possible, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that supplier. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing and you will be sent a cheque for the appropriate amount. All refunds will be made on receipt of the voucher. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Private Policy


Driving Heaven are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name, address, email address, recipient name and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you if there is any problem with your order. When you book an experience, we need you know your name, address, email address, answers to any questions required by our experience partners, and a telephone number (preferably mobile) so that we can contact you if there are any last-minute changes to your experience.

When you login to or create an account, you are able to choose whether you wish to receive further information from us and the method by which you would like to receive it (email, post, telephone and/or SMS). When you place orders we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

We do not use cookies for collecting customers' personal data from the site. Driving Heaven and our online advertising management partners do use cookies to track whether our customers have been referred to us by online advertisements. This enables us to learn which advertisements bring users to our website. The information collected is anonymous and not personally identifiable. It does not contain your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

Driving Heaven does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Other companies act on our behalf for the purpose of fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments. Such companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the UK's Data Protection legislation.
