The first time you shop with us, you will need to register. You can do this by immediately going to
Register
at the top of the page or by browsing and selecting a voucher to purchase and
then registering on checkout. After your first purchase with us, any time you
come back to the site you just need to log in with your existing details –
making the buying process simple, fast and efficient. When you register with us
and at any time from your account settings page, you will be able to opt in or
out of any correspondence from us.
There are three different types of voucher you can purchase. Each can be sent as a gift presentation pack by Royal mail or as an email voucher that you or your recipient can print immediately. You will be able to choose which option you prefer when you check out. Where you have requested a specific date for an experience, the experience voucher you purchase will be sent by email unless otherwise requested.
1. Gift Voucher
The most common vouchers are our Gift Vouchers for specific experiences which you can purchase by browsing through the links on the site, selecting a voucher, and then clicking on ‘Buy Now’ on the voucher details page.
2. Experience Gift Voucher
An Experience Gift Voucher is the ideal solution to your gift buying dilemma. Our vouchers are valid for twelve months and include a large number of adrenalin, indulgent and unusual experiences. These can be personalised with a message to your recipient. Your recipient can choose from the included experiences and won't know how much you've spent. Ideal for individuals or for companies as incentive vouchers. To purchase, click on the Experience Vouchers tab at the top of the page. These can be redeemed by the recipient clicking on the Redeem Voucher link from the menu on our site, selecting the experience they wish to redeem the voucher against, and we will then send them a new voucher for their chosen experience.
3. Cash Voucher
You can also buy Cash Vouchers for a specific amount which can be put toward any of the experiences at Driving Heaven. To purchase, click on Experience Vouchers and select from the Cash Voucher amounts. These can be redeemed by the recipient clicking on the Redeem Voucher link from the menu on our site, and they will be sent a new voucher for their chosen experience. There are no refunds on Cash Vouchers. Your recipient will have to make up any costs if the experience purchased exceeds the value of the cash voucher.
How to buy
Once you have selected your gift, simply complete the following steps:
1. Click Buy Now and follow the process. If you are buying a gift for someone else you can personalise it with a message and then choose various methods of delivery
- By post to yourself at the billing address
- By post to yourself at another address
- By post to the recipient
- By email to yourself
- By email to the recipient
The email option gives you the opportunity to receive, or send your voucher to the recipient immediately.
2. Enter any Voucher or Reservation codes you have been given.
3. Go to checkout.
4. Pay and confirm your order, making a note of your order number. We will then send you an order confirmation email and a confirmation of payment from our payment provider.
5. If you have chosen delivery of your voucher by email this will be sent immediately to the email address you specified in the order.
6. If you have chosen postal delivery, the voucher pack will be dispatched via your chosen delivery method the same working day if your order is placed prior to 2pm. Having made your purchase and choosing the postal option you or your recipient will be sent one of our fabulous presentation packs in plain cover. This will include the Gift Voucher and a separate description of the day with all the necessary booking details.
When will it arrive?
All of our gift presentation packs are sent out Royal Mail first class post (£1.95) the same day if we receive the order by 2pm. We can offer next day delivery service at a cost of £7.50. You can choose this option at checkout.
What happens when I get it?
Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). Please call the number of the supplier on the information sheet when you are ready to go and all the necessary arrangements will be made so that all you have to do is arrive.
